Excerpt: HOLDINGS: ... County C's Plan is a length of service award plan described in § 457(e)(11)(A)(ii). The Plan, therefore, is not subject to § 457(a) or § 457(f).... Awards paid under the Plan are not wages for purposes of FICA taxes.
