Excerpt: URAC, a nonprofit organization that develops accreditation and certification programs for health plans, is seeking comments on its draft set of standards for consumer-driven health plans. The draft standards can be viewed on URAC's Web site, www.urac.org. Public comments on the standards are due by Nov. 2.
