Employers, including the Treasury Department, Continental Airlines and USA Today, have on-site clinics that are open during the business day and, in some cases, for extended hours. Their staff treat routine problems, like the flu or a bad cut, but can also monitor an injured patient's recovery after an accident, be on hand for on-the-job accidents or sudden illnesses, and hold workshops[.]
