[Opinion] Dec. 6, 2004 The First Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that Massachusetts law did not preclude Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company from deducting a tax charge of approximately 30% from the accounts of general agents participating in its nonqualified deferred compensation plan.
