Respected University of Pennsylvania labor-management professor Peter Cappelli made that point in analyzing U.S. airlines on PBS's 'NewsHour With Jim Lehrer': 'Southwest Airlines, which is seen as the low-cost carrier, now has the highest-paid pilots in the industry.
