Feb. 23, 2006 Excerpt: HSAs and minimum wage increases seem like odd bedfellows. On the one had, consumer-driven, tax-advantaged health savings account (HSA) are being lauded by the Bush Adminsitration as an efficient way to deliver health care services to employees without breaking the bank.
