Excerpt: The Office for Civil Rights (OCR) has posted a new Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) on its website, which reminds health plans that the Privacy Rule requires them to notify enrollees about the availability, and how to obtain a copy, of their Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP) no less frequently than once every 3 years.
