Excerpt: HSC President Paul Ginsburg testified today before the House Committee on Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Health on consumer price shopping in health care. Ginsburg testified that fostering consumer price shopping for health services can potentially help contain costs but cautioned that some are overselling the magnitude this potential.
