DOL Finalizes Amendment On Securities Lending Exemption
Employee Benefits Security Administration [EBSA], U.S. Department of Labor [DOL] 
Oct. 30, 2006 The final exemption revokes and replaces Prohibited Transaction Exemptions 81-6 and 82-63. The exemption is to be published in the Oct. 31, 2006 Federal Register.
