Excerpt: After the attorney for the injured minor settled a personal injury action, Wal-Mart made demand for reimbursement of its plan's expenditures. The settlement proceeds consisted of $25,000 of coverage through the at-fault party's coverage and another $25,000 of underinsured motorists coverage.
