NCEO Executive Director Corey Rosen discusses a new NCEO issue brief on employee ownership and corporate performance reporting that research consistently shows ESOPs improve performance in closely held companies but have a less clear impact in public companies; new data on who gets stock options; a PLR stating that a C corporation can contribute 25% of pay to repay a ESOP loan and another 25% to the same ESOP if not used to pay loan principal or interest; and a new NCEO management book club.
