A Question of Vesting; Determining If Your Plan Has Suffered A Partial Termination (PDF)
Chang, Ruthenberg & Long Link to more items from this source
[Guidance Overview]
Aug. 12, 2008
3 pages. Excerpt: Affected participants become fully vested as a result of a partial termination.
