Announcing:

Employee Benefits, Compensation and Pension Law

Edited by Pamela Perun of the Urban Institute

The Legal Scholarship Network of the Social Sciences Research Network (SSRN) is pleased to announce the launch of a new journal of abstracts on employee benefits, compensation and pension law and policy.

The editor of the journal is Pamela Perun of the Urban Institute (Pamela_Perun@ssrn.com).

The journal will be distributed at no charge during the startup phase. Sign up for a free trial subscription to Employee Benefits and other SSRN journals by visiting the SSRN website at www.ssrn.com.

Employee Benefits, Compensation and Pension Law Abstracts will publish abstracts of working papers, forthcoming articles, and recently published articles on fringe benefits, health benefits, qualified and non-qualified pension plans, individual retirement accounts, executive compensation, disability, worker's compensation, Social Security, ERISA and related tax law. It will also feature articles on the economic and legal aspects of retirement income policy in the U.S. and abroad.

BenefitsLink is an independent national employee benefits information provider, not formally affiliated with the firms and companies who kindly provide much of the content and advertisements published on this Web site, including the article shown above.
