70 1/2 MRD-Communication to Participants - Samples

We would like to send letters out to our participants that qualify for 70 1/2 MRD's. Does anyone have a sample they could share? Thanks.

I have a copy of one that was a sample used for ASPA's C-3 course on distributions - goes back a few years, so the new regs are not a part of it. it is a hard copy of a template, but maybe you can use it...
