Guest cdana Posted December 17, 2009 Posted December 17, 2009 Are you required to have a plan sponsor signature on a hardship withdrawal form as authorization to process the distribution?
BG5150 Posted December 17, 2009 Posted December 17, 2009 What are the procedures for regular distributions from the plan? Even if they are not required, I would think it would make sense for the PA to sign off on the hardship, because it is the PA who should determine if the h'ship is valid. QKA, QPA, CPC, ERPATwo wrongs don't make a right, but three rights make a left.
