Pammie57 Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 Just wondering if I am thinking correctly - NO inservice distribution allowed for safe harbor contributions.....
John Feldt ERPA CPC QPA Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 Can be allowed as early as age 59.5. Can be allowed at any age upon disability. Can also be allowed at any age for a military deemed severance distribution. These are only optional, so check your plan's document to see what it actually allows. Lou S. 1
Lou S. Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 I believe they have the same restrictions as 401(k) elective deferrals under 401(k)(2). In addition, they are not eligible for hardship.
