401(k) Eve?

Our wonderful Participant Success Manager informed us all that tomorrow, the Friday after Labor Day, is known in the industry as "401(k) Day" - does that make today 401(k) Eve? Just wondering.

Ha!  ESOPs are so important that an entire month is needed each year to celebrate their existence!

I thought it was the day after Labor Day (i.e. *after* labor comes retirement).  That's what PSCA pushed for a long time....
