Hello all,

I need some help. What can I do when I request rollover from 457 plan to my existing 401K (different bank).

Date request and had been process  on April 12, 2024 and got email that they send the check on April 15th 2024. Until now I receive nothing, keep calling them which 3 different phone numbers but they keep saying "mail should be there 10 business days or they sent to my bank". I check with my bank, the security banker told me they got nothing.

What should I do?

Could simply be a problem with USPS delivery - that is getting more common. You may request a stop-payment and have the check mailed to your home to reduce the risk of a bank associate misplacing it. They may have an overnight delivery or other option with tracking (for a fee).

Honestly, Nationwide is still a mess because they changed their platform earlier this year. Try contacting your previous employer and see if they can get you the information. Good luck!

Thanks. Yes, Nationwide is a mess.

I called lot of places, finally one place (Nationwide Branch Office in Chicago) help me out and I got the check yesterday.
