Does anyone know a good source for benchmarking Retirement Plan fees such as actuarial services and investment advice?

Just a note to say that several folks asked me whether the post by FRAPlanTools ought to be considered advertising, which we don't allow on the boards.

I think that a vendor's post is OK when it's in response to another user's request for a recommendation (rather than an unsolicited post) as is the case here, or when users are discussing vendors and products (in which case it seems fair and very useful for a vendor to throw its hat into the ring with a post about its product).
