This webinar will provide an overview—plus some insights—on the new legislation, regulations and other guidance that has recently been issued in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The new guidance has left many plan sponsors feeling overwhelmed and confused about which changes are required, which changes are merely permissive and how it will actually all work in the real world.
