BakerHostetler Introduces Post-Roe Counseling Resource Center for Employers

While the Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization triggered strong personal reactions, it also presents potentially substantial consequences for businesses. 

To help employers prepare for issues that may arise in the workplace as a result of the decision, national law firm BakerHostetler has created the Post-Roe Counseling Resource Center.

The Resource Center provides guidance and addresses questions about legal and business concerns, and will include contributions from the firm’s practices, particularly from the Digital Assets and Data Management, Employee Benefits, Healthcare, Labor and Employment, and White Collar practices.

The Resource Center’s initial post (Issue Spotting for Employers in a Post-Roe Era) delves into issues that companies need to be aware of in a post-Roe world and it also provides a checklist for employers to help monitor their workplace policies.
