BG5150 Posted October 20, 2021 Posted October 20, 2021 Does anyone have a quick summary or chart that shows what SH Notices still need to be sent and which ones don't? QKA, QPA, CPC, ERPATwo wrongs don't make a right, but three rights make a left.
pensionreview Posted October 21, 2021 Posted October 21, 2021 SH notices must be sent for all 401(k) plans with SH Matching Contribution provisions. SH notices do not have to be sent for 401(k) plans with SH Non-elective Contributions provisions, EXCEPT if the plan has "maybe" or follow-up notice provisions. If that is the case, then SH Notices must be sent.
