QDRO. Ordered and signed by Judge. HELP!

I was awarded a transfer of 100k from Fidelity 401k retirement account.  I’ve lost almost everything in domestic abusive marriage.  Divorce was final and QUDRO ordered.  
      But Nothing!  Lawyer says waiting on OC for info.   It’s been months.  I’ve battled cancer.  Moved in with family.  Paid attorney all I have.  Thousands.  And Nothing!  No response from attorney.  
        I created my own acct. with Fidelity to try to do this myself!   I will contact county clerk today.     Please Advise!   Thank you!

If you want help, you're going to have to provide a lot more information than you have provided. 

There are about 175, 000 pension and retirement plans in the United States and they do not all have the same procedures. 

I'm not sure what OC means in your post but I assume it's "other counsel". It is clear that your lawyer doesn't have a clue.

If you want to call me at 301-947-0500 I can very likely tell you what you need to do and send your attorney a template for a motion asking the court to enter the qdro without the approval of your former spouse and or his or her attorney. 

You are going to need to have in hand the exact name of the 401K plan and the Judgment of Absolute Divorce that the court signed giving you an interest in that plan.
