This webinar will provide an overview of the VFCP, including who may use the program, common transactions that may be corrected, available correction methods, and how to apply. Participants will also learn about EBSA’s Self-Correction Component (SCC), related Delinquent Filer Voluntary Compliance (DFVC) updates, and available relief for certain corrected transactions. The session is intended to help plan officials, fiduciaries, service providers, and advisers better understand voluntary correction options and support compliance with Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
