katie58 Posted March 18, 2020 Posted March 18, 2020 I assume with all the lay offs and business downsizing, clients will want to know if they can stop making their Discretionary Matches. In the back of my mind, I seem to remember there can be issues changing the discretionary match mid year. Can anyone provide guidance? Thanks in advance!
BG5150 Posted March 18, 2020 Posted March 18, 2020 As long as you pass ACP at the end of the year, I think you are ok. Just beware the match calculation period in the doc. Just b/c an ER is putting match into the plan each payroll doesn't mean the match is calculated on a payroll basis... QKA, QPA, CPC, ERPATwo wrongs don't make a right, but three rights make a left.
