Excerpt: The ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC) registered its objections to the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs on regulations proposed by the SEC that address late trading practices of mutual fund shares in a way that would discriminate against workers who save through an employer-sponsored 401(k) plan.
