Davila and CIGNA Healthcare of Texas, Inc. v. Calad in which the Court unanimously ruled that the Texas Patient's Bill of Rights Law is preempted by [ERISA] to the extent it attempts to regulate or dictate what is covered by an ERISA-covered group health plan.
