Watson Wyatt Survey Finds Satisfaction with Health Benefits Despite Rising Costs
Business Insurance;
Dec. 3, 2004
Excerpt: Despite escalating health care benefit costs, most employees remain satisfied with their employer-sponsored health plans, a new survey finds. Conducted by Watson Wyatt Worldwide in Washington, the survey of nearly 13,000 employees from a broad range of U.S. companies revealed that 61% of workers in 2004 are satisfied with their health plans. In 2002, that percentage was 64%. Just 17% of workers this year reported dissatisfaction, with the remainder indicating mixed feelings.
