Bill to Phase Out Open Seasons for the Federal Thrift Savings Plan Awaits Bush's Signature
The Washington Post; subscription may be required
Dec. 8, 2004
Excerpt: Legislation that will make it easier for federal employees to manage their accounts in the Thrift Savings Plan was approved by the Senate yesterday and sent to President Bush for his signature.
