[Opinion] Jan. 28, 2005 "The ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC) [on January 27, 2005] submitted to the Pension and Benefits Guarantee [sic] Corporation (PBGC) ERIC's comments on the PBGC's proposed rule regarding filings under §4010 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).
