The Small Business Health Fairness Act of 2005 (H.R. 525), introduced by Rep. Sam Johnson (R-TX), was reported out of the House passed the House on April 13, 2005. A companion measure (S. 406) was introduced in the Senate by Sen. Olympia Snowe (R-ME).
