Text of PBGC Proposed Regs on Mortality Assumptions for Missing Participants, Mass Withdrawals (PDF)

The 'proposed' regs are the same as the 'direct final' regs issued on the same date, which will become effective February 27, 2007 unless 'significant adverse comment' is received; PBGC uses this notice of proposed regs to formally ask for public comment by January 16, 2007.
