"[On March 19,] we requested that ... you provide a draft of the study, all source data used to create the study, and a timeline under which DOL plans to complete and disseminate the study to congress. To date, DOL has failed to provide any of the requested materials and has made no effort to set up a briefing on this matter. We are extremely troubled by DOL's lack of response."
