Optum to Drop Prior Authorization Requirement for Dozens of Prescription Drugs

Mar. 19, 2025 "Optum Rx -- which includes the pharmacy benefit manager of health care conglomerate UnitedHealth Group -- is dropping annual reauthorization requirements for 80 drugs ...
