Insurer Properly Reduced Amount of Monthly Disability Benefits By Benefits Under Second Policy
An insurance company properly reduced a beneficiary's monthly disability benefits by the amount of benefits that the beneficiary concurrently was receiving under a second policy that she had purchased.
