United Airlines Union Sues Over Pension Contributions

ERISA Did Not Bar Court From Ordering That Pension Benefits Be Used To Satisfy Judgment
ERISA's anti-alienation provision did not preclude a court from issuing an order directing that an individual's pension benefits be used to satisfy a judgment entered in a criminal case.
