Spitzer Insurance Investigation Includes Look at Costs for Individual and Group Insurance Coverages

Survey Says Most HSA-Qualified High-Deductible Health Plans Cost Less Than $100 Per Month

Eleventh Circuit Court Nixes State Malpractice Lawsuit Against ERISA HMO

Davila, the Eleventh Circuit dismissed a state malpractice lawsuit against an ERISA-covered health maintenance organization (HMO).
