In this case, the premium is for Medicare Part B, which is expressly permitted 213(d) Quote for insurance (including amounts paid as premiums under part B of title XVIII of the Social Security Act, relating to supplementary medical insurance for the aged) QKA, QPA, CPC, ERPATwo wrongs don't make a right, but three rights make a left.
