Two S-corp owners:  the only thing on their W2 was the S-Corp Health Insurance.

Does that count for plan comp, or do we exclude it and they have zero comp for the year?

If there is text in the IRS-preapproved documents, does the delivery of the IRS’s opinion letter suggest that the IRS viewed the text as not (at least not by itself) resulting in a plan’s failure to be tax-qualified in form?
