Peter Gulia Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Which recordkeepers have implemented self-certifying hardship claims? Which have not? What’s the deal with: Ascensus? ADP? Paychex? Empower? Voya? John Hancock? Principal? Fidelity? Vanguard? TIAA? Others? If there is a choice, does a recordkeeper suggest a default norm? If so, is the default self-certifying, review by the recordkeeper, or review by the plan’s administrator. Paul I Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago We have at least one or more clients with each of the recordkeepers in your list. To the best of my knowledge, each offers a choice with the default being self-certification. Further, most clients who made an affirmative choice chose self-certification.
