Keith Lowery Posted October 14, 2024 Posted October 14, 2024 For a PEP with less than 100 account balances, they are allowed to file the 5500-SF, correct ? I am getting push back that they must file Form 5500 with Schedule I. Thoughts ?
C. B. Zeller Posted October 14, 2024 Posted October 14, 2024 From the 5500-SF instructions: Quote Pooled employer plans may not file Form 5500-SF. Instead, all pooled employer plans, regardless of size, must file Form 5500 and include Schedule MEP in that filing. jsample, justanotheradmin, Bill Presson and 1 other 4 Free advice is worth what you paid for it.
